At the end of last year, Carol Greenwald – longtime legal writer and networking consultant, who writes a column for the New York Law Journal – asked me what trends from 2022 I expected to see impacting lawyers heavily in 2023.

I talked about Zoom (of course) and AI enhancements to Lexis (my preferred legal research database). And I said it will grow more challenging to process all the new technology and tools coming at us.
