• Research.  Whether you need case law support for your budding legal theory, information on which civil procedure to follow or are simply stumped by a legal question, On Point Expertise will find the answer certainly and efficiently.  On Point Expertise has researched simple and complex questions in nearly every area of law, but with a significant emphasis in commercial, bankruptcy and immigration law.  The Research service also includes reviewing business and legal documents as part of due diligence, discovery, trial preparation and/or creation of a settlement matrix.

• Writing.  To give your argument the best chance of success in front of the court, your adversary and your client(s), On Point Expertise will write concise, persuasive supporting documents from complaints, to motions, to discovery demands/responses, to client memos to appeals.  On Point Expertise can also provide document review synopses, rule-compliant proposed orders, and thorough memorandum citation checks.

• Advocacy.  When your schedule is overbooked, On Point Expertise will step in to advocate for your client through oral argument on motions and appeals, appearances at preliminary and status conferences, as well as preparing for and taking or defending depositions.
